All About Rhodes Studio

Hello! I am Merinda, owner and founder of Rhodes Studio. 

I am a physiotherapist who practises in exercise therapy, rehabilitation and physical wellness. My passion is to optimise movement and improving people's everyday function. I work with clients who are struggling to achieve or maintain good healthy regular exercise or physical activity. People may struggle with this for many different reasons, it may be due to previous injuries, recurrent pain, health issues, psychological barriers, competing life priorities or sometimes people just don’t know where to start.

I use goal orientated exercise programs and physical wellness coaching to help people achieve sustainable, effective and enjoyable activity. I love helping my clients to establish their vision of what they want to achieve, then working closely with them to develop and implement their plan of how to get there.

As a coach I walk with you every step of the way, to guide you to where you want to get and to help you to develop the tools you need to reach your optimal physical wellness.

People that take on a physical wellness journey with me learn how to move better, function better and ultimately feel better.
